Overall, the expereince was okay. I was able to book quickly at a fair rate. I had scheduled same day pickup and delivery. The pickup was made in the morning as promised. However, the item wasnt delivered until 1 AM. Seemed as though they overextended themselves that day as the distance from pickup to delivery location was two hours. Fine service, but be flexible and patient on timing.
