To begin, truckittransport (TIT) is not going to be hauling your bike. Instead, they are the middle man who finds a driver for you. Had I been advised that TIT was a middle man I would have not gone through uship. Second, for the $ I paid I would expect that my bike be moved with proper tie down procedures and a wheel chock. Neither was done. Instead my bike was left to rest on the kickstand and tied down by the frame. Luckily no damage but not sure about the next guy.

It is clearly stated on our profile that we are a broker. All shipments are sub contracted to carriers within our network. All carriers we hire are experienced and use tie downs methods that are proper for each shipment. Glad your bike arrived in great condition.
