Just a wife, mom, grandmom, and daughter, that loves her dogs. Work out of my home and try not too get too busy or too stressed out. THIS LADY IS FANTASTIC, I'm thrilled to have found her! Perfect in every way, she left IMMEDIATELY from her home to go pick up my Pug, got to the pick up quickly, and came straight here just as promised. She took excellent care of him, kept in contact with me, & made sure all was right before she left. Her concern for my pug and me in general was truly both remarkable and gratifying. After prior bad experience w/transporters I'm glad to have found a responsible, caring & honest pet carrier!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I have contacted you people three times today and still have not received a response. This man took my money, and never even made an attempt to follow thru with his bid. I talked to two of his coworkers, and they spoke with him and asked him to call me. He never, not once, called me, texted me, answered my calls or texts, and he never contacted the person that was waiting on him to pick up the dog. Nothing, he made absolutely no attempt to follow thru with his bid and his acceptance of my ag
