5 shiny stars for Barry- he provided a very friendly, efficient and professional service and kept everyone at both ends fully informed. I would most highly recommend him, and I plan to hire Barry for transporting as a safe pair of hands who can be trusted to handle valuable furniture again. Very happy customer :)

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The courier accepted my price offer & told me that if I wanted the job done at the time I stated in the morning, I would need to pay £15 extra. I asked him what time would suit him in that case as I wasn't prepared to pay more, and he gave me a day. Now, less than 24 hours before collection, he is insisting that I pay him £15 extra which I have never agreed to. This courier has wasted my time and is attempting to extort extra money out of me at the last minute. Awful service, ruined plans.
