First of all great shippment! but the people we had to deal with was not one it was like 5people and no one new what the other was doing ever! they acking nice to our face when we where there and was late (WE HAVE A DEATH IN THE MOVEMENT) THEY ACKED LIKE THEY CARED BUT THEN A NEGATIVE BEHIND OUR BACKS! NICE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU TOO!!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I was speaking with Judy at JIR carriers and she had confirmed a pickup with me. This pickup for our jeep was to happen after 5pm on wednesday and the company simply never came. I was to receive a phone call from their driver and never received one. As time went by I kept trying to get in touch with Joe and even in our previous convers he could not even provide me with his drivers name or phone number. Now I cannot help but to reduce this down to this company being a complete scam.
