There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Infinity Cargo never asks for payment up front as an only option, we let the customer know all of our payment options which include before pickup,after pickup or before delivery. Customer said he didn't look at our payment options before booking with us, we called to let him know our options, customer said he doesn't have the $600 bucks and doesn't want to pay before delivery, customer got nervous, sent an all points bulletin out to the shipper not to give us the freight because of the $600

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The service provider demanded payment up front before pickup and I am not comfortable with this. They would not pick up my items until they get paid in full. I would like to cancel this booking please.

A+++ Excellent service. Quick, courteous and professional with the pickup, communications, did a great job securing the load, and delivery. This was a top heavy load and the shipper used extra care securing the load with straps so it did not tip over or get damaged in transit. Its hard to find that kind of personalized service these days with people who actually care and will take the time to do it right like Alan did. I would highly recommend this shipper and would use him again.
