Worst experience I have ever experienced on uship... this customer got his product hand delivered and blanket wrapped.. customer did not release payment customer did not answer none of my phone calls nor answered any of my messages thru text or email.. and I had to call uship to get my payment released to me...

I was VERY clear that this needed to be picked up and delivered during their OPERATING business hours of 830-5, so you took it upon yourselves to deliver between 6-8 with an actual delivery time of 810pm! The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Hello! Scumbag doesn't answer/return calls. Then says 430-5, shows at 6 and I had to call him to find out at 545! DO NOT MESS WITH MY TIME! TIME IS NOT MONEY, TIME IS TIME AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING ON THIS PLANET! I'M VERY BUSY! Then, customer wanted to add a small mirror and tiny elephant plant stand which I had been requesting prices for to no response. He told me a number, I said no, his feelings got hurt and he just walked away and LEFT! What a JOKE! BYE FELICIA ?? KARMA WILL GET YOU!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider DIDN'T REALIZE WHO THIS WAS UNTIL BOOKED. THEY NO CALL NO SHOWED ME BEFORE,ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS AT THAT, CAUSING MUCH ANGST FOR ME AND MY CUSTOMERS AND THEN OBVIOUSLY COULDN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH WHEN I CALLED THEM OUT ABOUT IT! I'VE SPOKEN WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE PAST ABOUT BEING ABLE TO BLOCK THESE INADEQUATE SHIPPERS AND HERE'S ANOTHER EXAMPLE WHY. JUST WASTED 2-3 HOURS. THX BOB)

They breached our agreement to deliver during operating business hours of 830-5. As a result, they delivered at 810pm, high, to customers personal home. This put all liability for an extremely expensive piece of equipment on her! She then had to FINISH THEIR DELIVERY by taking to agreed upon destination, hook up, and make sure in working order before I would release payment. As soon as I received confirmation, I released payment. My communication was exemplary! See their review to make sense 8)

Nice to leave a negative response after you did not RELEASE PAYMENT AFTER DROPOFF YOU CLEARLY AGREED WITH THE PICKUP AND DROPOFF LOCATION WE NEVER HEARD NOTHING BACK FROM YOU AFTER YOU WERE TEXTED AND TOLD THAT YOUR DELIVERY WAS MADE TO YOU IN WITHIN 3 HOURS OF PICKUP YOU NEVER RESPONDED AFTER WE TOLD YOU TO RELEASE PAYMENT WE HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY TO RECEIVE PAYMENT....
