Mary was a pleasure to work for, her and her boy friend help at pick up and she had a lot of friends there at delivery to help with the unload, could not have asked for a better, smoother shipment. Greg was great to work with! He had a few mechanical problems that through the schedule off. Always answered the phone when I called, but didn't really inform me of delays until I called to inquire on the status. Overall my bike arrived safely which was my main concern. Thanks Greg.
