The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time YRC IS A TERRIBLE FREIGHT COMPANY. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. FAILED TO PICKUP FOR THREE DAYS STRAIGHT. THEY HAVE DISAPPOINTED ME AND FED ME NOTHING BUT EXCUSES. THE FIRST DAY I SPENT AN HOUR ON THE PHONE JUST TO GET SOMEONE TO TELL ME THAT THE DRIVER OVERLOADED HIS TRAILER AND WAS NOT GOING TO PICK UP ON AGREED DATE AND TIME. ON THE SECOND DAY, I HAD TO MODIFY THE PICK UP TIME BECAUSE IT'S FRIDAY AND EMPLOYEES LEAVE EARLY. THEY REFUSED TO MAKE UP FOR THE FIRST DAY IN ANY WAY, SO I RESCHEDULED IT
