The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Height issues. Customer stated truck is "small box is the same high as the cab, around 7ft 4in" Those were exact words from customer when asked how high the truck is. When we arrived for pick up, the box was 3 to 4 ft higher than the cab. Too high for a flatbed trailer.

Great customer to work for communication awesome slight delay on pickup due to seller being unavailable but we got it shipped an delivered.

5 hour delay at pickup resulting in major setback and cancellation of other jobs. Customer provided pickup location with MC# that did not match the DBA or was not valid. The shipment would not be released. To make things worse the delivery location was closed on a business day so I was stuck the shipment through the weekend. Customer offered to compensate me an extra $200, but never did. I am still open to changing this feedback status if I am compensated as agreed because it shows good faith.
