The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I booked a flatbed who arrived and waited for 3 hours only to find out that the truck is taller than 9ft and has a "nearly full load of asphalt" which will greatly effect the weight of the truck. Samson insists that the truck is no more than 9 feet though he has not seen it in person himself. Neither have I but if a driver knows that he cannot service the freight I take his word on it. The weight is another issue altogether, we have no way of discovering the weight of the truck with the asp

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment THE WRECKER SERVICE THAT I HIRED TO LOAD THE FLAT BED SAID THAT THERE IS NO WAY HE CAN HAUL A CH613 DUMP TRUCK WITH A FLATBED TRAILER, THEREFORE HE WILL NEED A LOWBOY OR STEP DECK TO DO THE JOB,, I TOLD HIM THAT THE TRUCK HAS A ABOUT HALF LOAD OF ASPHALT HE SAID HE WILL CHARGE ME EXTRA $300 FOR THE EXTRA WEIGHT WHICH I ACCEPTED, ALSO I AM NOT COMFORTABLE AT THE BEGINNING WHEN HE DEMAND THAT I PAID HIM WITH A CREDIT CARD BEFORE HE CAN SEND OUT A DRIVER. BOTTOM LINE HE BROUGHT A SMALL FLAT BED
