The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I have my pickup truck on my profile and let it be known that I have a pickup truck I had tried making the best way out of the understanding and let it go cancellations fee should happen when we get there to the pickup place and get canceled on us like that

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I contacted R&L yesterday and they stated that my pickup order was canceled 3 days ago, on the same day I ordered the pickup. No one contacted me from R&L stating that they would not pickup. They claimed due to an embargo on the state, they are not allowed to pickup any shipments from our facility and that I should cancel.
