The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I had talked with Chris from Blue Grace Shipping. He had contacted another shipper to provide service. They were unable to pick up my shipment in a timely manner after much communication on my part. I had to cancel the pick up for 8/6/13 by this 3rd party provider of Blue Grace named Tyler @ 586-467-1900. I had given my credit card information to Blue Grace and do not want it charged. I also had paid a deposit to uship and would like a full refund. I was very specific with my information to the
