This was my first time using a shipping company found online through uShip. I chose Waypoint because the ratings were positive and it had a good BBB rating. Many companies did not. Service was prompt. Communication with the truck driver was challenging, because he spoke little English, but he was pleasant and tried hard. He was a very good driver. Waypoint is a broker. They evidently line up a trucking company to do the hauling. The trailer was more than adequate.
