Justin is awesome! He picked up when promised and took pictures after loading and texted them to me without being requested to do so, I truly appreciated it. He kept me informed of delivery time and Justin answered every call i had and when he couldn't he would text and tell me when he would call me back. The forklift guy I hired didn't show up, so Justine step up and help me off load without hesitation. I absolutely would recommend Morgan Transport to anyone looking for a shipper.

horrible horrible communication. Matt answered the phone one time to confirm the bid. called him to confirm the pick up so I can tell my seller, no answer. called again next day, no answer. text him, no reply. I had to call the seller to see if the shipment was picked up. no update on UShip web site about pick up. 3 days after pick up Matt finally reply to another text I had sent to see about shipment. Horrible updates and communication. I had zero idea about where this shipment was.

Joe, I think your feedback was undeserved. I talked to you on the phone and explained my schedule as well as the fact the props would be blanket wrapped. I texted prior to pickup and texted you prior to delivery. I apologize that I missed your text and call. I apologize for not updating the status on Uship. I blanket wrapped each blade and boxed them for the trip. My communication could have been better, however I doubt you would have found better service for $200. Sorry for your frustration.

Rick was excellent. Kept me infor of every step of the pick up and drop off. He did the shipment before the time allotted. I would use Rick and his company for shipment again. Highly recommended

Joe and his wife did an outstanding job. they kept me informed the entire way. with pick up notice, 1 day out, and 1 hour out from delivery text and call. they even went the extra mile to help push the car to its parking spot. I would used Faithfulford again. highly recommended.
