The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Fed Ex apparently has contracted trailers with this shipper, we did not know this. We booked "priority" on this shipment but Fed Ex wants to use their contracted trailers - so we need to cancel this order due to the complications with the shipper and fed Ex.
