Excellent communication, timing and service! Even though he was several states away and managing several shipments, he told me exactly what time he was picking it up and his timing was perfect. He was also very friendly, and went out of his way to help move the couch through the house and into the living room. Lastly, he has a lift gate on a box truck, so if you need a motorcycle moved, he's got the right equipment for the job.
