Nice set up. Boomed down to perfection. Handled well and was a smooth ride other than thousand miles of snow storm. Mike was a on point professional with nice set up. Would help again if could.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The carrier was coming Thursday, January 28th, his choice which was fine with me, no show on Thursday or a phone call. Called him Friday in the morning and he said his truck was in for service and he would have it to drive today to pick up load. I called at 4:00 pm and truck not repaired and would not be available until Tuesday, February 2nd. Poor communication, and I need to cancel and re-list the shipment

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment the service provider was ask for lability insurance prior to pick up, never received papers. He had truck problems on his way back home to grand rapids area after pick up, i assumed he was on his way to destination
i wasn't inform that he planed on doing that. He texted the next day (Sunday Noonish) and mentioned he was on his way and every thing is good, and trailering well. i received a call from my plant manager this early morning that the load was back at my place of business were it was
