They already had a uhaul when we got there. The "few items" left filled a 20' trailer. Another example of not telling the truth hoping to get a lower price because they do not want to honestly list items! They had two 6' battery cars for kids & they said these were just toys! Excuse me, I was not rude, just trying to explain that they had a LOT more than they said. Be wary of these people! Also Uhaul truck only cost $300.00, that is what we were told by they man who paid the bill.

Will not use shurhaul again. Was told we would have two trailers, and they showed up with one. Had to rent a uhaul which cost an additional 1200 dollars and drive it myself...she was very rude and called my wife a liar on the phone when I called and said there was a second truck promised in the bid. Even the delivery people were apologetic for the service providers actions and lack of professionalism. Think twice before using this service provider, shurhaul will be a sure disappointment.

Another example of people not telling what they have, hoping to get a cheaper move! We were told they had a 17' Uhaul truck and a "few other things". The few other things filled our 20' trailer! The toys were really 6' battery operated trucks. I never called anyone a liar, I am in business and do not do that to customers. I resent them saying that. The Uhaul cost them $300.00, or so he said that day. If he had been honest about the load this would not of happened. Be wary of this guy!
