A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My schedule has changed due to other obligations with uship. I tried my best to complete this shipment but it is unfair to delay it again.

This was a very smooth move. The shipper saw to it that everything was ready at both origin and destination. The payment was sent overnight as promised. A very honorable man and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again. Thanks again Tony. Enjoy that very cool boat and God bless.

Outstanding transaction from start to finish! Called me the day we locked in the contract and discussed the job. Called me the day before pick up just to let me know everything was still as we agreed. Called me day of pickup to let me know pickup went well and gave me delivery time ETA that he nailed within 5 minutes! Everything went perfectly. This is the guy you want to haul your boat or jetski. Doesn't get any better. Thanks!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After missing the agreed pick-up, driver didn't make contact. After I contacted him, he said he was busy with a "Reality TV Show" and missed the pickup. We agreed to leave it as "any day within the next week" and he failed again to make pickup, not calling either the pickup or delivery location. He now doesn't take my calls or return messages, and sends a cancellation saying it's a schedule conflict. This is pretty much the worst case experiance of working with unreliable independents.

Bob at Super B Transport provided Outstanding service. He called to coordinate date/time, called daily to update me on progress, and again following delivery just to thank me for the business. On time, as promised, Professional and courteous. A very rare experiance these days. Thanks Bob!!
