I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Unable to do the agreed job. Has made false promises to deliver. Does not return text message or answer phone calls so communication is very limited to get justification on reasons why or if the job can be done. Days have been changed to accommodate his work load and I wish to now find someone who I can rely on to get delivery done in a reasonable time scale.
