The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The freight was not packaged properly for our carriers to take. We cannot service it and have told this customer since last Thurs.

Very awful experience. Approximate delivery was 4 days. After 14 days we had to pick it up at their warehouse in San Diego. Delivery dates were never correct. Getting through by phone imposible. I should get a partial refund as they were never able to deliver to where I agreed when paying for the freight. We had to go pick it up at their warehouse. Very disappointed and lost precious time for my business.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services All the exact dimensions and weights were sent to the carrier. Impossible to communicate with them. They don't answer their phones. Their driver did not want to take my shipment. Never helped to resolve the matter and I lost a weeks time because they did not deliver as promised. This was an urgent shipment and once they confirmed the dates I flew a technician in to install this and had to send him back because the equipment never arrived. I already booked with another carrier through Uship.
