A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The customer agreed to my payment terms and we wish not to work with anyone who thinks they can dictate when they will pay us..

Refused CC per terms, sent PDF with links to cash app venmo paypal freinds/family only personal accounts. Several other issues with modified terms giving principal ability to charge any amount after shipment and found multiple inconsistencies in company registration(s). Checkout CHP's 27% cancel rate and reviews. Not a reputable broker at best - advise great caution

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Does not have active MC/DOT. Could not provide insurance and driver details after several days. Does not appear to be in business presently. Catch you on the next one when you have things setup

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shipper requested additional fees and a different form of payment up-front. They submitted a PDF terms document that appears to be potentially fradulent stating paypal must be "freinds - family" only. They claim the bid/contract is not binding and any fee can be charged at any time for any amount. It appears they are also using other peer-peer payment services in violation of california and federal banking laws for commerce.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This company is operating without valid insurance to cover this job. They strung me along for a week giving written assurances they have valid insurance, only to send a COI of insurance that specifically notes that they are not covered for towing trailers or property on a customer's trailer. Discussions with 2 insurance agents further confirmed, and email from the owner also confirmed. Recent reviews indicate they have towed trailers recently. Get them off the site and refund me in full, please
