The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Ross was excellent in his communication. Unfortunately, the other half of his planned shipment was cancelled, so Ross informed me that he was unable to transport my item at this time. I would work with Ross again!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I reached out to this shipper moments after accepting his offer. He said he would call to work out details. I received NO communication for 72 hours, and no response for 15 hours after reaching out again. When he responded, he said he planned to pick up the item today, then cancelled until the pickup window had expired.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Communication was good at first. Arrangements were made to accommodate the pickup before the holiday end-of-year break, but the shipper cancelled the pickup. I gave the shipper 10 days after the break to pick up the item(s), but after stating they would definitely pick it up the week after the break, the shipper no longer has replied to my texts.
