He's very nice, answer & return calls promptly. I'd use him again but just be flexible with time. Bike was supposed to be picked up on Sat. I called that a.m. & he said he couldn't be there til Sun (I had a plane to catch) I scrambled to get someone to be there when he arrived. Drop off day went from Wed to he isn't sure when. I didn't hear from him on Thurs, so i called Fri morning. He said, he would call after lunch but by 4pm no call so i called him, he was on his way. He arrived at 6pm Fri.
