The customer and his family were always in contact throughout the delivery process. We were able to pick up and deliver their Airstream ahead of schedule. Prompt payment and great communication. We look forward to having the opportunity to work together again.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I received an email from the receiver who bought this item on ebay and he said he was out of the country and a family member would take delivery. I made contact with the person who sold the item and he told me the bike was not paid for as yet. Three days later when I had to depart the area it was still not paid for and the owner would not release it.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The transport driver was not able to load the vehicle properly. The driver high-centered the vehicle on the trailer and caused damage to the underside of the vehicle while attempting to load. The vehicle was then unloaded and returned to my storage garage. The driver admitted to not having the correct transport vehicle for my 2014 Corvette Stingray Z51. A damage claim is being filed with the transport company, Montway, Inc.

Jeff and his father were fantastic. He picked up as planned and delivered across the USA my 35 ft Airstream on time and in great condition. He kept me fully-informed of his progress. I would definitely recommend him to others looking for a reliable shipper.
