The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Screwed up, didn't pick up the car, didn't deliver the car, left me hanging and now I have to find someone else.

Mr. David this is definitely not the feeling we want our customers to have. We do apologize for any issue that we may have cause. However, Mother Nature has been fierce in Colorado, Blizzards reported by the National Weather Authority and alerts for the Department of Transportation. You are located in Steamboat, Colorado. Deep in the mountains where the storm hit the most. We needed a few more days to get your vehicle picked up when things dried out. Patience...We wish you well on your transport
