I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have emailed texted and called and left messages for carrier to call or communicate since I needed confirmation that shipment could be picked up by 11/6 to avoid penalties and shipper has not responded
In addition your customer service reached out also to reach shipper and he has not responded to you either
Please cancel for a full refund since shipper has not accepted assignment yet
