Several issues due to weather, distance and time . Willing to assist this customer again,if better communication was set in place before time .

I was very understanding about the weather issues. But the delivery time was supposed to be 6pm and you showed up at my door at almost 1am without even calling to let me know what had happened. I don't see how that is MY communication issue.

The shipper was caught in bad weather and was seven hours late with the shipment...which was understandable BUT he never called to let me know. So instead of arriving at 6pm he tried to deliver at almost 1am! He then left feedback saying that I needed to improve MY communication! The benches were in great shape and he unwrapped them for me. I would say he is a good shipper to work with but won't own up to ways he could improve his service...and he might show up at your house after midnight.

Several attempt were made to contact the customer . I guess her Dinner Party was more Important , than her items . In the begining of the shippiment to the end of the shippiment , there was a major lack of communication on both sides. Customer doesn't think she is wrong about anything.
