A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The customer didn’t accept my quote until almost 4 days after I quoted them, and by then I was already too Far East for it to make any sense to transport on this trip. I offered to transport it on my next trip, approx 3-4 weeks from now. The customer declined.
