The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it After speaking with the salesman at the trailer location he stated that the trailer needed to be pulled with different equipment that my company did not have access too. Gentleman was offered 1.50 a mile for transport by other means but opted to take a shot at doing it for half the price. Listing didn't show the true size of this unit. I would agree to mutually cancel this.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service Provider missed multiple promise dates, poor communication and did not review or even look at what he was bidding on. His company NOW has put my company in a SERIOUS bind due to their poor communication and neglected to review the details of this shipment.
