For: 1988 Volkswagen Vanagon
Customer did do what he was supposed to. The problem was lack of communication (No direct phone contact ), he accepted the bid 4 hours after our carrier had left the area. We in turn needed to schedule with our network carrier. The customer was informed of this verbally and in writing via email. The customer response was 'Just get it done!". The carrier arrived and had to wait because vehicle wasn't ready, non operational and on a side of a mountain. This was a bad experience for all involved

Yes this was a bad experience. Franks auto shipping did very little to help. To their credit they we're dealing with a crazy driver. But I was left on my own to deal with it. It was weeks after my van was picked up before I could finally finally get something from the driver. Weeks...a week past the scheduled delivery date I was told to "stop calling, I'll be there when I get there". After 3 weeks I said that I had had it and was going to report the van stolen..and I had my van the next day

Very Bad Experience. I did everything i was supposed to do. Confirmed a date before accepting bid. They didnt keep their promises and I was told every few days that it would just be a few more days. Well weeks went by and they scheduled another truck by another company w/o asking me prior. The driver dropped my van off and said adios. No paperwork..Nothing. Thats the short version of a month of heartache. Nothing good i can say.

I have nothing but good things to say about Shep. Communication was outstanding. Great timing. And very easy to deal with. I will and plan to use him again if needed. Good price too!
