Recently moved from Michigan to Texas. I've had good experience with UShip in the past. Moving the remainder of my personal belongings. A desk, chair, bike, christmas tree and boxes.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

Customer was great. No issses and very easy to work with. Looking forward to working with the customer again.

Had a crossup in delivery time but after all over, positive experience with nice professional people.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer According to our bid the customer was told that the pick up would be between the dates of 3/29/08 to 3/31/08 and when I told her that I would be there for the pick up on the 31st she got up set with me. I told her that the bid that she accepted clearly showed those dates.

The provider had confirmed a date of the 30th with me. He called back at 5pm on Saturday the 29th to say he wasn't able to make the 30th date. This was very inconvient but I was willing to work with the provider. The provider called hung up, called me back and abruptly cancelled the move. Glad you cancelled before holding my things hostage!!!! I had a f/u questions..provide h/u several times. Not very professional/wouldn't recommend mover. Happy to know he was difficult to work w/ b4 the move!!!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We couldn’t work out a time that worked best for both of us. I needed a 9am move time, unfortunately the mover was not available at this time.

Mr. Larry was on time and professional. It was a pleasure working with him. He stayed in contact the whole time. I will use his services again.

Despite the challenges of traveling during Hurricane Ike, Chuck did an excellent job with my move. Since we didn't have electricity in Houston, he even brought me a grill and a cooler. That's going above and beyond the call of duty!!! I would recommend Anson Transport to anyone.

well this was not a one sided deal...i spent a very nice afternoon with the shipper looking for enough gas to get out of town...she drove me all over the place and i enjoyed every minute...really nice people,i wish you all the best...you deserve it all...thanks chuck

This was a great moving experience. I had a delivery problem but the mover was very patient and accomodating. He communicated constantly and was very professional. I would use this mover again!!!
