A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After getting to pickup location the place was closed, After a few calls finally they said the owner of the item had not called to release it and they said it could not be released for 3 days

very patient and accommodating, even thought the people at the pick up location was a pain.

How a company can list they are open 8am to 5pm mon/fri and NOT be there for shippers to load purchased/paid items is beyond me. After calling from there driveway. we had no other option but make an appointment with these people for 7am the next morning, so my driver waited in there driveway from 630am to 830am and a no show. so i sent him up to Dallas to pick up a bike and back to Houston to meet again for a 3pm pickup.we said we would get it done and we did as promised,thanks

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The driver did not pay attention to height list. Therefore the item could not fit in his trailer
