Terry was OK on communication, but got it here safely, the only complaint I have was I was asked online what boat weight was , length, height , width and I answered all questions correctly and honest... When he hooked my boat up to his truck he called and said he needed more fuel cost for the over weight overage and I asked what was he was talking about. he said that my trailer was 2000 lbs and that was a 7000 load and up charged me $400 I had several other bids cheaper, I felt I was upcharged
