Mr. miller did a great job preparing the resident for loading.The move went well,at delivery everyones effort was as meaningful,but unloading did not go as well.seeing that there wasn't a knowledgable adult at unloading so the days question was where did things go.sorry the delivery was not its best and can only say the crew did a good job considering.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I am unable to rent a box truck due to money shortage.

The gentleman were extremely polite and accomodating! I had to reschedule my pick up and delivery dates and they did it without a problem or extra cost. I will recommend them to all of my family and friends. They are the BEST!!

On a positive note they did get me my stuff & was nice.However,they did not put boxes n the rooms that they belonged.N the end they just dumped everything into the garage & left.They left large furniture n the basement that should have gone on the 2nd floor.Also they broke the knob off of my washer to the point that it has to be replaced.Called shipper & they offered to replace knob but will not come back to complete job.If u use them u have to stay w/ them & supervise.Do not leave them alone.
