About Me
We have used uShip in the past for our cross country move from Los Angeles to Austin and it was a great experience. Everything was communicated clearly at the beginning and the moving company came thru with flying colors.
Were pleased by the fact that the company used moving pads, bubble wrap and shrink wrap on almost every item. They really knew how to load and truck and the load made the trek without hardly shifting at all.
Hopefully our future experiences with uShip will have the same outcome as we couldn't be more pleased with this web service.

Unfortunately, I have been burned twice in a row for the same shipment. It seems that the quality of service providers has plummeted. uShip was gracious enough to fully refund my deposit but now i am being persued by the shipper for full payment even tho he never showed up for 3 days in a row.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved PLEASE CALL IAM REJECTED THIS SHIPMENT CUSTOMER OWES MONEY TO TRANSPORTER THANK YOU RJH SHIPPING

I'm a little confused about what part of not showing up for 3 days in a row and leaving me hanging entitles your company to any payment at all? Please explain further in case I am being unreasonable otherwise please provide a full refund for no service rendered. Thank you.

I'm not sure what happened to Dennis Logistics as I thought everything was fine and we had good communication. Then suddenly Dennis sent an email saying he was severing all ties to uShip due to deceptive business practices and cancelling all of his shipments. Ouch. Time to scramble for new bids and start all over.

Customer was great to work with, very flexible and well organized. Shipment was exactly as described. Look forward to working with again.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Robert was a no show on 9/29 and then again 2 days later on 10/1. I'm not sure what else I can do but find a shipper that can actually deliver furniture. Sleeping on the floor is so much fun. Now I have to dispute with PayPal to get my $437.50 back plus I only get a credit on uShip for the deposit so I have to use this service for a 3rd try. Looks like a trip to BBB.com is in order. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The service provider (Dennis Logistics) sent an email over the weekend that said uShip is keeping the deposit that I made and so he is canceling my shipment.
He said his lawyer advised him to have no further contact with uShip so I don't think he will cancel my bid. Please help!

Absolutely awesome! Great communication before and during the move. Very easy transaction! Our move from CA to TX went like a breeze. I can't say enough great things about how well prepared, professional and efficient this company performed. Highly recommended!!!
