The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Roadrunner was scheduled to come 2/17/22 from 1-4pm. They never showed up at all (we were open till 7pm). They never called me so I called them and they said no one was in the area, sorry. My customer is very upset their freight did not ship out so I must cancel this and rebook another freight carrier through Uship today! Can you please refund my money. Thank you.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Roadrunner did not show up for two days. They missed their pick up twice. When I finally got a hold of them they told me they could pick up 5 days from now. My customer said absolutely not. Please refund.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider My customer decided to pick this freight up at our facility. The customer said they were not comfortable having this shipper move their goods. Please issue a refund and thank you in advance.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped My customer called today telling me that due to a family emergency that they do not want their machine freighted to them since they will no longer be available to receive it. They will have their east coast wholesaler pick it up here locally next week at our facility. So we no longer need freight shipping.
