I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I had my shipment listed to be picked by Aug. 29th Service provider contacted me and said it would have to be A.M. Aug. 30th and I had to pay $40 fee Service provider again did not pick up shipment on Aug. 30th and now I'm stuck with another $40 fee.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I booked this shipment on the 7th of July and I was told by service provider that my car would be picked up within 5 days within booking. Today is the 14th of July and I have not heard back from service provider while my shipment is awaiting pick up while I'm receiving $40 storage fees per day.

They were an absolute pleasure to deal/work with. There was an unexpected issue with the truck I had bought and Bill was more than helpful with resolving it! They went out of their way to make sure my truck got to where it needed to be and unloaded. It took longer than expect due to my truck that they delivered having a broken axel but Bill didn't complain once and went above and beyond what I ever expected! They were a great help and I highly recommend them!
