The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services They accepted my bid in writing under the specific terms they would pick up the truck no later and last Friday. They told me it would be picked up Wednesday. No word from them for three days, 6 emails and calls went unanswered. Turns out they subcontracted it to another transporter. SUPPOSEDLY the transporter broke down but was too busy to bother calling me. SGT pulled this same scam on me a year ago with another shipment outside of uship. I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period shipper accepted my offer price said he would pick up my boat on Saturday May 15th. I have left three email messages and 3 calls all of which have gone unanswered. They have now ruined my vacation plans. Totally unprofessional behavior. Stay clear of them!
