The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The Service Provider was to pick up 3 days within booking and delivered 5 days after pick up. They have failed to do so. I am tired of waiting so I want to cancel.

Bruce, thank you for your kind words...I apologize for the delay you experienced...I don't think the Georgia rains held me up much, but the glitch in getting the oversize permits in a timely fashion certainly cost me at least half a day.
