I have to throw away my bed frame because it is not able to be reassembled 'cause it is missing two key pieces and one large beam. There's a large men's footprint on the couch cushion. The chair cover for the white chair is missing the brackets that hold the cover onto the chair. My TV has water damage now and only turns on half of the screen. It's less than a year old. I should have purchased the insurance. I'm frustrated. I'm sorry for the review but I stand behind it.

Overall ok but my headboard is now stained, my nice arm chair is stained, my couch is stained and, and one of my lamps is broken. I also had to book additional unloading help at the destination so this ended up being more expensive than just booking more well reviewed movers. Nice guy but not much care given to items that stain.

Absolutely incredible and timely service. Keith is wonderful and I will use him for all my future moves if he’s available. Would recommend with no hesitation!
