Fast, prompt, and flexible. Fred quickly responded to email and called to confirm everything before pickup and delivery. I received a message from the seller the day of pickpup about how great everything went when they picked up my shipment. I was out of town during the delivery so he was able to meet up with my brother and everything worked out great. Would highly recommend for any shipment. They do great work!
