Very professional and kept me informed at each stage of the pick up and delivery. They also rang the seller several times to arrange the pick up in MO. The bike was then delivered about 4 days later in CA, exactly as I wanted it. Their communication was excellent throughout and very reassuring for someone like me(living in Western Australia - on the opposite side of the planet) who is trusting the transporter to provide a quality service.
