I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Accepted bid last night at 7:33pm (CST) and called her promptly and left voicemail. and she finally wrote back at 11;36pm, said she'd call me this morning, and she did not. I've called and emailed her a few times today. Dogs WERE supposed to be picked up tonight. Now I'm in limbo with them. They are at a vet's office waiting to be transported and incurring additional fees for our rescue that we can ill afford. I can't believe the lack of communication. IF she broke down or something, I can wo Response from CandyO: Due to my trailer breaking down being stuck on the side of the hwy for hours with no phone service. It was out of my hands to be able to call you. I do apologize of any inconvenience this may have caused you

I ABSOLUTELY loved Karen who moved Triton to Little Rock, AR from OKC, OK for me. She was awesome to work with and an INTELLIGENT person to chat with! I do plan to use her again in the near future! And I do recommend her services to anyone needing help with animals!!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I had accepted the bid and Rick had already gone thru that area. Said the offer was supposed to have expired 12 hrs prior to when it did cause he was leaving that area at that point. Now he is in OH and unable to assist, however, I hold no grudges.

Jeff was great and thankfully a patient guy as I was late by about 15 min. or so. His pick up and delivery were as he said they'd be and he was nice to my scared Min. Schnauzer going to another rescue. Thanks Jeff! Hope we work together again in the future!

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The dog got kennel cough and shipper travels with her own personal dog, so we opted to cancel and rebook later when Yogi (the rescue lab mix) gets over her kennel cough (contagious to other dogs).
