I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The vehicle was for drive away service. We went to look at vehicle, drove it not even half a mile and notice the turbo was bad. Vehicle not in condition to be driven long distance. Customer was informed and need to cancel so he can book alternate transport to Florida. Reason for items not serviceable but customer did not know of condition since bought on online auction.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment When I called to follow up on the shipment the driver told me that he had left the area six hours prior to me accepting his offer. I would have appreciated it if he had retracted his offer when he knew he wouldn’t be able to provide the service.

From beginning to end working with Mike was a pleasure. When he picked up my trailer there was a concern, he pointed out to me drove out of his way to get it look at and then still delivered the cargo in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them again.
