The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Serivce provider did not show up the first appointed time. Rescheduled and driver showed up by himself, and it was agreed that two people were needed to pick up the couches. Then driver said he would be back on Monday for sure with another person and I called this morning to make sure they were coming. Joanna the driver's daughter say they would be here and I would be the first pick-up. I received an e mail a few hours ago stating they would not be here on Monday, would Wed. or Thursday be o

Due to booking, I greatly apologize, I had to contract this out trying to make sure all ends were covered. When person did show up they weren't able to fit items in veh. I do apologize and hope that you give us another chance to make you happy.
