A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After numerous attempts I was unable to contact the customer's pick up location contact. I left several voice mail messages at mutiple numbers with no success. When my calls were finally returned I was out of the area and could not return due to other scheduled loads.

Contacted buyer and communicated when I would pick up the items. I called the pick up contact early (8:00 am) on the morning we agreed on and left message. I repeatedly called the only number for the contact I had yet no response. I called the buyer and got a work address, went there and they tried to contact him on his company cell. Finally at 2:30 pm the contact called me. By that time I had already informed the buyer I was unsuccessful at picking up his items and had left the area.
