John Was great, picked up my trailer, and even returned to the Manufacturer before he left town when he found the tongue jack was faulty, they replaced it with any problem and he kept in touch and delivered my trailer in perfect condition. Don't let his user name turn you off He is not a WORM, He is one of the good honest guys out there doing the job we can't or don't want to do ourselves, Highly recommended!!
