A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Unexpected problems with service provider vehicle arose and was unable to meet shipping deadline. Once service provider vehicle was fixed and running the client was contacted but had already made shipping arrrangements. I respectfully accept cancellation due to unexpected events.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The service provider did not communicate about the timeframe when he could pick up and I had a firm pickup deadline. I had to book another delivery service. The service provider did finally call and acknowledged the issue and said he would agree to the cancellation.
